Bingo: The Winning Musical

For Bingo: The Winning Musical, I pulled the room toward Okoboji instead of a generic bingo hall. Nautical trim, bright lake color, and clean graphic shapes let the set feel local without becoming a postcard. The room should feel like a community space that has seen fundraisers, announcements, gossip, and one very serious night of bingo.

The musical needs a room that can take a joke quickly. The layout stays open for numbers and traffic, while the color and signage keep the comedy readable from the back row. I wanted the design to be cheerful without becoming busy, so the audience could always read the game, the relationships, and the escalating stakes. The fun comes from recognizing the room and then watching it get louder.
