About Brandon PT Davis
Brandon PT Davis has 10+ years of experience as a scenic designer and has designed over 100 productions across the United States. Recent Designs include Man of La Mancha and Tomas and the Library Lady at Lake Dillon Theatre Company, Bright Star at the Okoboji Summer Theatre, and The Bald Soprano at Stephens College. Davis worked as a resident designer at West Virginia Public Theatre and The Great American Melodrama. He has also collaborated with Denver School of the Arts, Western Washington University, Kentucky Rep, and the University of Missouri.
Davis is currently an Assistant Professor of Scenic Design at Stephens College in Columbia, MO. Prior appointments include Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Texas, El Paso, and Adjunct Professor at the University of California, Irvine. As an educator, he is interested in how technology can enhance the collaboration process in design.
In addition to his academic work, he is also a Designer/ Vectorworks 3D Modeling at Adaptive Design Services working with large events and will be an Assistant Scenic Designer for his 3rd season at Utah Shakespeare Festival with Jo Winiarski.
He received a BFA from Stephens College and an MFA in Scenic Design from the University of California, Irvine.
